Boy, did I go over yesterday! NINE points but I pretty much had to. I don't know what happened but suspect my blood sugar dropped or something. I came home and ate my usual dinner and then did yoga. A bit later I decided to do some aerobics. It was about 3 hours after I ate but when I had done about 10 minutes worth, I started feeling like garbage - I mean really sick, faint, etc. I tried eating fruit but didn't feel much better so I resorted to bread which seemed to work much better. I don't know what it could be as I am not diabetic or anything. I will try to remember not to do things in the same way again!

Your body was telling you something and your instinct to fuel yourself was probably the right thing to do. As long as your feeling ok today...get back on the wagon :)

Have you tried light wheat bread? it's only 80 calories (1 point) for two slices - and it helps fiber count!

You probably needed food after exercising. Try to shoot for protein, the effects are much longer lasting!
