After my recent promotion at work, I've found that my activity level has changed to a less active, on my feet role. SO, I think a calorie reduction of 150 to 2650kCal only makes sense while keeping the same workout regimen. We'll see how this goes. I am thinking about adding 2-a-day for a few weeks. For now, let's take it a day at a time. To my last endeavour of 21 days, I was unable to accomplish my goal and keep myself on track with so much going on. So I've restarted it once again with a new August 17 deadline. I've also just completed a 5 day Creatine loading phase and will be taking it regularly for the duration of this program.
