So glad I started logging my food again, because I was eating when I wasn't hungry, and was depressed about it. I wasn't losing weight and even gained a few pounds back that I'd recently lost. Now, I'm not eating like that and am much happier. I've also started losing again because of this. :) I hope to keep it up!
