Back to tracking meals. I was hoping to just follow a meal plan as not at home. I altered every day on the meal planner from FS as the carbs were higher than I would normally eat and was boring. As my son in law & granddaughter are away (for 3weeks) my daughter decided to try keto with me so I have made all the meals. The outcome is my daughter loves the meals and feels thinner (she never weighs herself) & I have lost so she must have. Now on to week 2 which I sat and did yesterday for the next week. I will try and post a few pictures.
