March is off to a great start! I'm down almost 2 lbs from yesterday, must have been holding on to a lot of water! And - I got my 3 mile run(well almost - 2.9) in this morning! Yay! It wasn't that bad after having not run for a long time! I have a lot of errands to run this afternoon, but the goal is to come back this afternoon and try to get in another session. It should be beautiful for an afternoon run.
