Haven't been faring to well lately. My depression had gotten the best of me.
2 days ago I finally broken out of my slump and managed to get upstairs into the gym room and do 30 minutes of exercise.
And today I mangaged to go out for a 20 minute walk. It was actually nice to get some fresh air and to get out of the house.
