Well, as often happens with me, one "bad" eating day leads to another. So yesterday I succumbed to "another" and overate again. But that's it!!! I want this to be a weight loss week. I was on a terrific roll until two days ago. But let that be all, please! (I'm talking to myself.) LOL!
