And with that TOTM comes weight gain. I’m not holding this against me. So far I’m -14 for the month starting at 256. Ive saved a lot of money by not eating fast food and my energy has been really good all month. Next month is my bday (29th) and I’m hoping for another good month. Being under 230 would be a great bday present but it looks like I’m really going to have to work for it.
