This morning I woke up and realized what my daily routine has consisted of very inconsistently: logging & tracking my weight in 4 different apps. Each app had yet to be updated for at least 4/5 months in between.
Yesterday someone in my fasting app group suggested I download an app for people who do daily weighing because it predicts fluctuations in weight. I don’t have high hopes for it but it needs 6 days of data before it could tell me anything. Now I have 5 apps. 🥲
Going back in the right direction. First day of the new month and I woke up and got my workout done. Now I’ll have the rest of the day to be great, you be great too. 🥰
