Transformation Butterfly's Notizen, 14 Jul 14

I am jazzed about the 12 week challenge to just loose it. I started riding bike for 60 minutes every morning at 4:00 am and will attempt to do another 60 minutes when I come home. I have computer issues so I am going to try to make it a habit to go online every night to log in my food entries and write in my journal. I need your support so keep the comments coming and I will in turn do the same for others. We are all in this together and healthy and happy is the goal for the remainder of 2014.
