Today, I am trying to eat more calories as I was eating to few. It's hard when I am used to eating a certain way. I need go get groceries as I am really out of food and had to take a processed food out of the refrigerator for lunch.
My calorie increase will come from fruits and vegetables. Just need to readjust the way I eat so that I can have more and good calories.
I have my regular gym session tonight plus one after that with my trainer for about 45 minutes. We go over new things to change up my routine so that my muscles don't get used to my routines and hit a plateau in weight training.
Tonight is butts and guts my favorite parts. :)
