Mamita, you’d be surprised how negatively people react to any signs of aging. But I’m going to fight ageism. I will not color my hair. I am proud of my gray hair.

Don't cut your beautiful hair!!! well...I know it's good to trim some off to keep it healthy! I'm surprised your hairdresser will try to get you to color. Mine tried to get me not to. I took her suggestion for now.

I am 73. I do not dye my hair. I’m proud of my graying hair. It is proof that I dealt with life’s trauma/dramas and walked away intact. I couldn’t care less about wrinkles either— I earned every single one. Cutting your hair does NOT make it grow faster or thicker. If you are all doing Keto, hair loss is not uncommon and if your way of eating does not Invlude the vitamins, and minerals that your body needs to function properly, you can develop far more problems than just hair loss.

Fritz, I do color my hair. I've tried leaving it natural a couple of times, but it is an ugly grey and I do not like it, so I give in. My grandfather's hair was silver and I loved it, but unfortunately, I did not inherit it. As for looking my age, I have no problem with that, I'm 78 and I wear my wrinkles proudly, I've earned them all. 🍁

Mrs Bear my hairdresser is all about artificial beauty. She visited Korea to have a nose job done… meanwhile I don’t even wax my eyebrows😂 I think you look stunning as you are, there is no need to dye your hair. Kenna, I don’t follow any particular diet, I just couldn’t eat because I was obsessed with weight loss, plus life stressors wiped out my appetite. I aged a lot this summer. I am eating better now, no worries! I am glad to hear that you don’t hide gray hair or wrinkles. I read that the pandemic changed our attitude about gray hair, and more women are opting not to dye hair. It’s a nice trend.
