Bright idea, I bought this Jennie - O Turkey burger patties, didn't view the fat content because I ammmmmmmmmmm, don't know why! Well I fixed those burgers last night, now granted I only ate 1 and ate it on a Arnold Sandwich Wheat Thin. Well, I record it on my diet journal and of course, it was 17g of FAT!!!!!!
How could I have been so dumb to not pay attention to the back of the container and check out the ingredients? ding ding ding ding :)
The only thing was that it didn't put me in too bad of shape, but had I of eaten more yesterday I would have been really upset! I was upset when I saw the fat oh and not to mention the sodium. I thought I was doing good for choice and for myself and family. Guess I won't be buying those again.
On the lighter side, i need to always make sure to take the time to read the back of the products and for the most part I do. But, if you think it's healthy still read the ingredients.
