Baby steps 👣 towards my goal, slow and steady wins the race they say haha. I am happy to see this drop because for the past 2 days I haven't been too good 😅 eating 1700kcal which is waaay over my daily limit but I guess since I had a calories expenditure of 1800 at least nothing was gained 🤷‍♀️ I learned to not fuss over days like this because as long as your average calories are in a deficit - you're good, a slip up or two aren't going to bring back the pounds lol onwards we go!
