Lovely surprise drop given I woke up a bit groggy but as always the numbers don't lie, keeping the calories deficit going will bring the scale going down. I've been trying to incorporate a bit of lounges and push-ups as my daily work out. I am curious guys, do you track your sugars togheter with the proteins and carbs? ( which I know most of us keep an eye on) I always try to keep my sugars underneath 30g a day (rafined sugar that is, obviously sugar from whole foods like fruits and veggies and such are a whole different story)

Wow, that's impressive, I am more of a chocolate addict on the mend so I alloe myself up to 30g with 35g being the highest amount of rafined sugar I'd have in a day.

I love chocolate too..who doesn't lol but I get the Mosser Roth 85% dark chocolate n only allow myself 5 grams per day in the evening! Love the stuff..kills me not going back for more.. I get Smints or the Aldi equivalent to suck and take my mind off it!
