Well, I just passed one solid week of good dieting. I'm really, REALLY proud of myself! And I'm gonna pat myself on the back....and here it is....PAT!!!! I think I've turned a corner. I'll be 42 on May 6th, my "seis de mayo"! And I think I've finally matured! ;) I've been careful, planning my food, exercising, and eating low cal foods. I've been avoiding the late night pig-outs.

And once again, reading has helped! I'm on a Dostoevsky kick -- The Idiot. Probably one of the most touching stories ever! I read it when I was 14, and I'm enjoying thoroughly again. I love the Russian classics. After this one I'll read Anna Kerenina again.

I'm gonna go shopping right now and then come back for my treadmill. Have a great day!!!!!
