I think I can say with confidence that I will never see the 160's again! I'm so excited and thankful!
I do want to journal an odd thing, though. At one point this weekend, for seemingly no reason, I wanted to go to a mexican restaurant and gorge. I just felt so tired of my diet and I wanted to go eat any and everything I could.It felt so irrational and so tempting, all at the same time. It kinda scared me. I have been under A LOT of stress (even started my period saturday, which was about 10 days early). I wonder if I was kinda wanting to revert back to comfort eating. I'm so thankful I made it through!

Mexican food is really salty. When I get my period I want salty foods more. It could have been your body asking for more sodium or wanting to binge around that time of the month when hormones are rampid and the body is using more nutrients. Stress also leads to wanting to eat. That is why they are so many stress eaters, unfortunately food is familiar and there is comfort in food. Just a thought. Wanting to binge is a scary feeling. I have had it more than a time or two myself. I'm proud of you for being good.
