If you could do Keto this everyday then this is a must just very that protein everyday!! 

Hi Anne, you have done amazingly well. You must be feeling so much better. I have lost about the same weight since March 2021 to now and feel so much more flexible, comfortable and able. So worth it ! Isnt it ? Keep it up and your golden years will be better than most.
