I'm on a roll! I'm happy! I think I'll take the exercise lightly today. I might even skip today. I'll see. My left leg is bothering me again, the shin, the side of the shin, the calf. Mostly the shin. I think I need a day off.

what happened to your shin?? ive been out of town for awhile did you try heat?

Shin pain has been chronic for a while now. Usually I don't mind it and ignore it, but I think I've got a "bug" that's affecting my muscles. I'll call it the "whine flu." You like? :)

haha, you might have pulled a muscle in the shin though. maybe go get it checked out? the hardest part bout shin pain is you cant really stay off using it cause we walk everywhere.
