My fancy scale says 24% BF but I'm not sure how accurate that is. In any case I'll keep tracking it for a while. I have been doing T25 for 9 days now, although I missed Labor Day. I always have to keep my sights on the end of the workout since pre-workout all I can think about it how tough it is. Making progress so I'll keep it up. Weekends are always a challenge, though, with lack of plans and more "free" eating. In any case, have a great weekend all!
