that exercise i sooo wanted to get in yesterday??? well, i got my "firm" box out of the closet only to put it right back up,and boy was i steaming mad! i had a chat with the hubby last night on my importance of getting my exercise in,and i hope he got the message. to make it even clearer i stripped down and showed him EVERY single fat roll that i have gotten back over the past few months. i worked WAY too hard last year to have all this come back on me. and that's what i told him. humph

thank you for my "hug"! andy and i made up after i tore into him about making me go get the boys from school instead of getting my 45 min workout in. guess who's gone to get them today?! gotta love the man!
