Got through the week end! I had lots of food temptations laid out in front of me to maneuver around. Two BBQ's with heavy mayo-laden salads, high salt hamburgers and hot dogs, and high caloric desserts. Yikes! I did pretty good being very selective, until the vanilla ice cream with fresh blackberry sauce was served. I had an average (which was large) serving and dug in. My scale this morning was kind to me, and I stayed even.

Lol, you guys make me laugh and YES I am human! What's good is I can be accountable to you which makes it easier to get back on track. So far today, so good!
