How have I been eating 550kcal for the past 2 days and not getting hungry? Not even a tummy rumble? Could it be because I ate last Sunday for 2 days? Will it catch up tomorrow? I guess we shall see 🤷♀️

And yet Suma, somehow, knowing where my lack of hunger steems from, I have a feeling you'd rather not. But still I understand, I am thinking my relationship with food is 20% actual body wanting food and 80% my mind.
