Happy New year to the FatSecret family! Thank you everyone for always being so supportive and inspiring. For 2022 I have a long term (6 months) goal of losing 15-20kg and a short term goal (4-6 weeks) of body recomp where I want to lose about 4 kg of fat. I have set up a workout and eating program. I also want to improve my running pace by 1 min per km. I will stick to it as far as I possibly can without punishing myself if I can't manage a day or 2. Here's to healthy living, physically and mentally!
