Ok so I have joined in 2 challenges.

Binge Be Gone and the Walk Program. I am hoping I can follow this through to the end.

I will be doing the Walk Program with my dog, Sam. He loves his walks. And the walks are kinda short so it shouldn't hurt my ankle.

I have started drinking more water. I'm on 750ml a day for 3 days then I will increase it to 2 x 750ml a day for another 3 days then 3 x 750mls a day after that.

I really need to start cutting my soft drink habit down badly. I loved it when I was in hospital with an infected pancreases and waiting to get my gall bladder to be removed so I was NIL for 5 days.

I was on a low fat diet before hand due to my gall stones and I actually lost 10 kilos. I want to go back on that... but I love my carbs way to much.
