Well, I weighed myself this morning, and I was slightly up. Just over 154. But I'm not going to record it. I've come to the conclusion, though, that I overate this week. Nothing major. No pigouts. But I just ate enough to maintain my weight. So I'm going to cut my calories starting today. I treadmilled for 90 minutes, 5.43 miles.

It's amazing how the calories can sneak in without us really noticing until the scale shouts its disapproval at us come weigh time. But your track record is speaking for itself with your great chart. You'll get it back on the downward slide real soon. Hang in there.
