i started not to even log in today, but i need this so bad. i am up and down so much right now that's it's hard not to be discouraged,but i am the only one who can do anything about it. i really wish nbc would air the biggest loser all year long to keep me motivated!!

you don't need a show to motivate you! you got us!! stop looking at those daily fluctuations, I am starting today too (recording once a week) those can mean anything. just focus on downhill!

Try a new diet book to motivate. It really helps me and it's always there for a pep talk when you need it.

Yeah! You don't need no stinkin' show! How about a biggest loser DVD to work out to? You could visit their website, too, and look at the before and after pictures. Fitness magazines are another good pick-me-up. You can do it!
