Ok so I haven't been doing well with the walk challenge. I can barely walk to the shop and back.
I am feeling more blah than normal and my lower back has been killing me with extreme pain and the only thing I can do to relive it without the meds, is by lying on the floor with my bum up against a wall or a side of the bed and my legs elevated (like you would when doing leg raises) ans stay like that for a good 20 minutes.
I have cut down my soft drink to just one a day. And my water intake is back up to 3 bottles.
