The lack of sleep I got the night before has been somewhat been made up for last night. I went to bed at 10 and got up at 7:45! I find that lately, I've been sleeping much more, which I somewhat like, but at the same time, feel I am missing out on something!

Getting up this late always makes my day lazier for some reason. Anyone have the same experience? It's almost as if me getting up before the sun makes my day more productive.

As a result, I've postposed my morning work out till later this afternoon and I'm hoping that I don't lose all motivation to get that in! I have a hair appointment at 12:30 which also throws a wrench in my day. I hate having an appointment like that smack dab in the middle of the day! It's hard to make sure that I get everything else I need to do get done. Must. stay. focused!

I'm making bulgogi tonight for dinner. What is that you ask? It's pretty much the most famous of all korean dishes. Yummy! I even think I will do it on the grill to make it even more delicious, as long as it doesn't rain. It'll be served with some seasoned spinach and bean sprouts, daikon, kimchi, tofu noodles for me and steamed brown for the bf. Can't wait for this!

Yes when I get up late it does make me go slower. I been having to sleep in a lot lately to heal. Wow you sound like your a great cook. Also how are the sugar free Dove's are they any good?

I never get to sleep in!! My younger daughter (I have 2, they are 12 & 9 yrs old) is always awake before the sun, which means I am ALSO awake before the sun.. Did you get your workout in? Your dinner sounded YUMMY!!! I went too long after lunch without eating, not on purpose, sometimes my schedule is heavy with no breaks, so by the time I got home I was STARVING! Quick dinner for me tonite.. I'll get to cookin' this week though :) Hope you had an awesome day!!

Margeaux - the Doves are so yummy! BUT - I will warn you, they are a bit higher in fat. Which is allowed on my diet, but may not be if you are doing a low fat diet. Still yummy and a total weekend splurge! Not during the week. As for cooking, I LOVE it! I'm very adventuresome in the kitchen and love making yummy food as much as I love eating it! Cami - I did not get my workout it. :( Errands turned into an all afternoon thing and I had a bar for lunch which turned into a very late small bite lunch which then affected dinner and I forgot to get some ginger so I couldn't make my marinade and by then we both decided that we wanted it to marinade overnight and had hot wings instead for dinner. Reason #1 I should just get my workout done at the beginning of the day. During the week I get up at 4:40 to get up to workout. Obviously on the weekends I do not want to do that, but I need too make sure that just because I get up a couple hours later that I still follow the same routine! So today I am going to get my plyo workout in this morning and then my shoulders and arms workout in this afternoon.

Yeah the fat doesn't bother me I believe in the eat fat to lose fat thing. Also I have to have it for my AF condition. I am just trying to cut simple carbs. Okay so I had to look up the Plyo exercise because I though kette bell burned a lot of calories. You are an active girl.
