Thank you!!!! I am in a weird mood lately... I find myself comparing myself to everyone and feeling like I am as big as a house.... Trying to work on the mental stuff along with getting the weight off is really hard... Food has always been my comfort, I don't want to go back to eating the way that I was, but I haven't found the thing to replace it... Nothing is really giving me joy right now.
