Good day today. Probably won't treadmill. Maybe I will. It's late. We went to see the Bug Show today. Busy!

I did the treadmill! 70 minutes.

At night I overate. No happy face.

Bug Show? LOL. Made me think of the Bugs Bunny Show. Hehehe. Love the self-debate over the treadmill. Hope the "maybe I will" side wins!

Ive always heard its not good to workout right before bed because it screws with your sleep. I also read a study where they took a group of like 30 women and said "get at least 7.5 hours of sleep a night for a year" (or something realistic) and on average the women lost like 15 pounds! Sleep is good, treadmilling before bed and not getting as much sleep? not so much =)

The Bug Fair at the Natural History Museum. They have venders. We bought silk worms and lunar moth cocoons. I did the treadmill. Yay! 70 minutes. It felt great.
