I'm new to this whole "counting carbs" thing. I've decided to allow myself more carbs on the weekend. I've been doing some reading and I'm so confused as to how many carbs I should be eating. I've decided to keep Monday-Thursday to UNDER 30 carbs and UNDER 70 Friday-Sunday as along as calories are kept under 2000. I dont really feel deprived but I do miss fries! LOL I'll have to save fries for the weekend menu. :) If anyone out there reads this blog and knows just how many carbs should be eaten to allow for a steady 2 to 3 lb weight loss per week, please let me know. For some reason, since I've started this diet, I've had less of an appetite and I'm not sure if that's coincidental or not. It may just have something to do with the change in season. I love the thought of warm, sunny days. My seasonal depression is subsiding and I feel GREAT. Life is Good and I am hopefull.
