I have got to keep my calories between 1200 and 1400. I'm going to try to stop going over 1400 and see whether that breaks the plateau.

I treadmilled for 90 minutes, 5.45 miles.

At night I overate. No happy face.

I don't know if I missed something previously, but are you aware that on SB you should use lowfat cream cheese and low fat products, unless it's sugar free. But fat free products like cream cheese, take the fat out but add sugar and other nonsense. I'm sure you'll get everything figured out. :-)

Truthfully, I've never really followed the SB diet. I just got tired of changing my profile. But I'm actually doing a cross between WW and just trying to keep my calories low. It's been working lately, so I'm gonna stick to it.
