I'm going up Parahaki this morning and timing it, with the goal of doing this regularly. would be really cool to see the improvement (hopefully 🤣🥴) over time. Mt Manaia in under 4hours is my goal for the year, so starting off small (for those in Whangarei, pray for my legs 🤣)
