So I'm noticing my skin looking better and my hair is a little healthier. I'm feeling better about myself even though I haven't lost much weight.
Also feeling very impatient about losing weight so slow, but it should increase a little once I start exercising.
Yesterday I had the urge to eat and eat and eat, but I did pretty well.
I don't want to go back to the way I ate before, don't want to gain back what I've lost....
