Im new to Fatsecret and I just started my own diet today. I want to learn as much as I can about food portion and calories. My highest weight was 206 Im down to 170 and my goal weight is 140. It would be helpful to me if someone can share some of their ideas or give me some hints about ways to eat right without eating too much. I am trying to do this on my own but its not working so I need to be guided in the right direction. If someone can help it would be well appreciated.
