Ok, so I haven't been on the site for a week. Last week was actually a bad week for me emotionally, and I'm not even sure why. But this is a nutrition/fitness site, so I will focus on that aspect.
My eating habits were atroscious. I basically ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I ate until 11pm, something I usually don't even do.
And to make it worse, I even skipped the gym all last week. I went to my flirty girls on Wednesday, but besides that I didn't do much. Can't even do DDR since it still disturbs the neighbors, even though I built my platform.
So I am starting over again. I am going back to eating right and heading back to the gym. I need to rev up my workout somehow so that I don't get bored/frustrated.
I don't even want to weigh myself, so I'll wait another week for that.
