I'm having a horrible time this week. I can't seem to eat right or if I do my weight still stays the same. I'm trying not to make excuses but I really hope that I am at least a little bloated.
So what do I love about my body today?
The fact that even though I've been eating badly in moderation I haven't gained anything (despite my initial gain from Easter). This shows me that maintence isn't bad, I'm just maintaining at the wrong weight lol.
I didn't make it to the gym this morning which I expected since I had class late last night but on top of that I slept horrible, I was up every other hour. I hope to make it to the gym tomorrow but my job is asking for "volunteers" to work through the night and with the way this rain is coming down I'm sure they will need us. If I do have to work overnight I at least hope the phones are slow so I can get my homework done.
Hopefully this rain gives up soon it sounds really bad and I don't want to have to drive in it even if I do live very close to my job.

I feel like after a bingey day it takes me body quite some time to recover weight wise. Judging from the past, it can take sometimes almost a whole week! Just keep doing what you're doing; if in a week from today you haven't gone back down, then perhaps consider changing something to drop back down :) Chin up, lady!

:) You're so right. I'm hoping that next Tuesday I'm at least down a pound or two if not then I'll have to work on cutting out some carbs to get back to that 127. I'll get there though so I'm trying not to worry to much.
