I am going to try something new from today onwards; Kimchi Diet
I'd done some research in the internet and statistics shows that Korea has the leanest and healthiest population. Why? Because of their diet, they eat lean meat and a lot of fish meats and A LOT, A LOT of vegetables.
Most of their appetizers are not unhealthy food like cheese sticks or garlic bread or cream-of-something soup, instead their side dishes or appetizers are low-cholesterol, low-fat and low-carb food like Kimchi!
It takes time to make kimchi but it can keep for a long time and you can make a huge quantity of it.
I make a promise to myself that I'm going to start my Kimchi diet. Instead of craving for crackers, biscuits and cookies for snacks as usual, I changed my snacks to only Kimchi! I love Korean food because they never lack of all kinds of vegetables and I love Kimchi a lot.
Let's hope it works for me! Yeay!
