Good day of teaching. Biked 30 minutes today and walked 1 hour in the mountain to school and back from the train station. That was basically my exercise for the day. Went shopping and bought mostly healthy choices. I trolled by the junk food sections many times and good hear many of the fat sugary demons calling my name. I gave in but bought something much healthier than I usually do a dark chocolate bar (70% cacao). I normally go for the white or milk. I will eat 2-4 shares over the next few days. Normally I eat a bar or two in a sitting and it's normally one of those larger ones. Also dark chocolate is much healthier if eaten within reason. Overall, a good day. Time to prepare a healthy dinner.
