No weigh-in today. I decided to skip the weigh-in even though I have been sticking to my diet and exercise. I just find the daily weigh-in too stressful especially when I have done everything I should be doing and it is not reflected on the scale. I am going to start weighing in 2-3 times a week and see how this makes me feel.

Good day today with both exercise and eating. I have had a lot of stress and worry over the past few months which has been building up. This was part of the reason why I started this food journal/diary as I was getting back into my old habits. The good thing is that this diary really helped me to get back on track. I am going to meet a good buddy tomorrow and go to my favourite onsen (hot spring) in Tokyo. It has it's own forest in the heart of the city with a large carpe pond. The hot spring water comes from more than 1,445 meter underground and there are so many fantastic baths or pools to relax in. The water with its minerals is absolutely amazing. It will be fantastically relaxing evening to soak the night away and to also relax in the scented steam rooms and turkish baths. Will also go to a nearby kaitenzushi shop (rotating sushi) and have a few small plates. It will be a healthy low-cal meal. On Saturday, I am thinking about doing the same plan with another buddy. Life is not so bad sometimes. Oh yes, it is great that after 6pm it is half price.
