Well, it's been a few days since I weighed in as per my plan. I took a buddy out for his birthday yesterday and ate more than I usually do, but still not excessive calories for going out. The great things about Japan is that the portions are smaller, especially the pizzas are much smaller and the crust thinner, but just as satisfying. I shared two 10-12" pizzas with my buddy for his birthday along with risotto (medium sized portion which we also split). Afterwards, I had a very amazingly delicious French style chocolate mouse cake with berries. I gave in on my way back and bought two small, but very decadent French style chocolate-Grand Marnier walnut mousse and carmel-chocolate mousse pastachio. Although they were small they were extremely rich and satisfying. I don't feel any guilt about yesterday as it was so enjoyable and today I am back on track, but I am going to exercise before weighing in as I am a little worried about today's number. However, I feel that they might be OK, but I say that with great trepidation.

It is pressing towards noon and I will have one more cup of coffee before my 1.5 hour bike and then enjoy a late lunch. I am going to make French toast on multigrain muffins with lightly a small lightly sauteed banana, fresh strawberries and real Canadian maple syrup (small amount).
