Okay...it's time to get serious about this - again! I've finally trained myself to eat, instead of skip, breakfast daily. And I've added exercise 3 times a week to the mix. I just have to make sure I add in some sort of exercise on the other days as well, even if it's just a few minutes of yoga stretching.

Now comes the hardest part of the equation...stress eating and snacking! I also need to NOT weigh myself daily! If I'm up, I get depressed. If I'm down, I think maybe I can sneak in a little treat...bad, bad, bad <slapping hand>! Got to watch out for those slippery slopes! From now on, I weigh only on Tuesday mornings!

Fruits...more fruits!
