Jillian04's Notizen, 11 Mai 11

Hey fatsecret! It's been a while. I've been checking in occasionally to see how everyone is doing and it seems like everyone is out reaching goals and being successful as I've been falling off.
The last two weeks the scale has been up and down. It's been a struggle. I've gotten back into the bad habit of eating and drinking whatever on weekends. This is bad for my diet and my bank account!
I had quit drinking all alcohol and have since picked up drinking wine again. I have to start couting these calories! I also over cooked last week so this week I'm only cooking one meal at a time.
Well that's the bad news the good news is I did relay for life last Friday into Saturday and walked 28 miles. I was incredibly sore for days but it was so worth it! I also earned A's in both of my classes. I have this week off of school so I also took this week off from the gym to catch up on other things at home. I'll be back next week though, I miss eating the extra calories that I burned lol.
I'm not going to record weigh in today maybe I will in the next few days. I believe I was 130.8 this morning; it was disappointing and I want to get back below 130.
I have to stay accountable everyday not just mon-fri!

Sometimes a break is required to keep sane. It's hard to be perfect all the time - not only in dieting, but in all aspects of life. We're human, we make mistakes, we fall off the wagon. The first step is getting back on and trying to get to where you want to be. You'll achieve your goals soon :) I love wine too, but I try to limit myself to 1 glass during the week and occasionally some on the weekends. Don't cut something out that you enjoy because it will always come back and haunt you. Also, if you drink white wine, put club soda in it. It lessens the calories and tastes good. I prefer red wine -- red and club soda don't really mix well.
