Moved last night back and have to get used to the new area. The shops are much pricier than my previous area so I have to find the mom & pop shops that have better prices and I also like to support small businesses. I have noticed that a day or so before the move and also today I have been eating more sweets. My way of coping with stress and moving is in the top 5. I am aware of it and am being faithful to my food journal which is a good thing. Even though I am eating more junk than usual I am still staying below 200 cal. Hopefully I will get things back to normal in a few days with eating, routine and exercise. I did not weigh-in as I already have enough going on, but I think things are pretty good. Tomorrow I am taking my buddy visiting from Brazil to the local hot spring near my place. We will go for a walk through the forest behind my apartment (30-40") and then relax in this beautiful spa. The cost is only $7 for as long as you like. They also have lots of health food and I will probably have a bowl of wakame (seaweed) soba noodles in miso soup.
