I had a great weigh-in today of 175.8. However, afterwards I went on a binge with potato chips, a Lindt milk chocolate bar and a very decadent chocolate doughnut. For some reason I just decided to let lose and have a binge. There has been a lot of stress of late with the move, my son, and my buddy visiting who is dealing with some difficult life changes that I am helping him deal with. I think with all the stress these high caloric and high fat and sugar foods fed my stress and anxiety. I think that I am now over it. I have reached a new low since I started this site. I need to get back on track again because if I keep this binging which has started since my move on Jan 5th the weight will not be going down anymore, but will start moving rapidly upwards.
