Can I ask some questions? I think it’s the only diet that I haven’t tried. Do you have problems pooping without fiber?

I'm more regular and less constipated now. If you start it and are constipated play with electrolytes and fats.

When i grew up (on a farm and we did nose to tail eating) we made burgers by mixing in some of the offals with meat. Still one of my favourite things to eat. But I am sure there are plenty of good recipes online to be had.

@liv001 thats actually my plan I just need to thaw it out and grind it up and mix it in, but I keep hesitating because "they" say not to refreze meat so I didn't want to waste a bunch
