Inches are coming more slowly now, but weight is still going down. Getting closer to goal, only 18.8 pounds left to go! 9 more pounds and I'll move to pre-maintenance. I haven't tried adding any grains and don't know if I even want to. I may add in some starchier veggies though - sweet potatoes are calling my name!

I also need to start doing some lifting. I'd like to tone up a little.

Neck: 13 (same)
Bicep: 12 (same)
Bust: 35 (up .5)
Waist: 33 (down .25)
Belly button: 38 (down .5)
Hips: 39 (down .5)
Thigh: 23 (same)
Calf: 14 (same)
