I haven't lost any weight yet, but I am not going to get discouraged. I joined a gym today with a friend. Having a work out partner is going to help inspire me to go. I am tired of yo-yo dieting so going to the gym will help me to not eat that donut or fast food next time I want it. I need to cut my carbs and eat more protein. I tried the Atkins diet before and did well on it. But after getting pregnant I gained the weight back. I wish I wasn't such a grump when I don't get some carbs.
