Ready to start again today 151, though I was up to 155 after New Year's. This time I hope to get down to 145 and STAY at or below there.

I really want to get my husband to join in. He has one of those apple body types, and he is getting close to morbid obesity. Not great since he already has high blood pressure. He isn't complaining too much when I make healthier meals ... though he calls my salads "hay". He is wanting to lose some weight though, and has even been going to the gym. If he loses 10 to my one we will both be very happy ... of course up until a point. :)

I am going to invite him to join and see if this will motivate him too!
